We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Sunday, April 21, 2024.
Wondering what all the buzz is about? Join Dr. Clare Walker & Howard County Bee City in this workshop to learn about some of Maryland’s most common spring bees and where to look for them. Using specimens, discover how to distinguish bees from wasps and fly mimics. Then, go on a guided walk where you’ll practice safely capturing bees for close observation and field identification before release. Discover what you can do to help protect native bee species.
