Description
If you have lost some mobility due to illness or injury, or if you've always felt a bit shy about going to the gym, First Step Fitness is for you. Focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility while learning proper body mechanics. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, this class has two goals: to help each participant get back to fitness and to have fun while doing it.
