About this event

Description

This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to interact in an engaging, noncompetitive environment during an intro to multiple sports and fitness activities. Classes include a warm-up, a main section working on skills of two different sports, a cool-down, and closing huddle. Warm-up and cool-down activities are designed to engage children and improve balance, coordination, and body awareness. Enjoy football, soccer, hockey, basketball, and nontraditional sports such as bocce ball using child-friendly equipment provided by JumpBunch. Info: Curtis L.
