Description
The Age 4 Tee Ball will operate as a clinic for the first 4 weeks of the season. During this time, participants will learn the fundamentals of the game (batting, fielding, base running). Each participant is guaranteed a weeknight and Saturday morning practice for the first 4 weeks. The remaining 6 weeks will consist of a weeknight practice and Saturday morning game. We will be looking for plenty of volunteer coaches, so please let us know if you’re interested! All Volunteer Coaches child(ren) will get a $35 credit. Bring your glove; all other equipment is provided. Prompt drop off and pickup of child/children at recreational programs is mandatory. Program status line: 410-313-4451 Please note: Age 4 Tee Ball may be added to the 5-6 Tee Ball group if there are not enough participants for gameplay/clinic each week. Instructional Co-ed Tee-Ball to teach the basics of hitting, throwing, and catching. Games are 60 minutes. One 60 minute weeknight practice. Players can request coaches and friends may be assigned to the same team with written request to Amy Patton at apatton@howardcountymd.gov, 410-313-4718.
