Zumba is an exciting, energizing interval workout combining elements of fitness with exhilarating, international rhythms. The classes move between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. No class Dec. 25.
This class will be held at the Colleyville Center located at 5301 Riverwalk Dr., Colleyville, TX 76034.
