Zumba combines fitness and motivating music with combinations of world dance, creating a dynamic and excitingly effective and fun fitness program. The routines feature a combination of fast and slow rhythms that help to tone and sculpt the body. It's a mixture of movements with easy to follow dance steps.
$15 per month or $5 drop in.
