Description
Each month begins by exploring the alignment of poses, breath work, and meditation. Class begins with warm-up poses that allow you to stretch deeper and ends with cool-down poses to release muscles, allowing a deep relaxation. Each class adds poses, creating a fun flow, synchronizing with each breath. The last class of each month will feature a Yin Yoga session. No experience necessary, class is designed to provide options for all levels. No Class March 19.
Please bring a mat, towel, block, and water.
