Description
Rooted & Renewed: A Spring Forest Bath & Outdoor Immersion
Spring is filled with regrowth as the earth awakens: trees budding, birds returning, light stretching longer into the evenings. We are a part of this spectacular rebirth! Join us to remember that our renewal is woven into nature’s creation itself.
This 2-hour guided forest bathing experience, at Peacock Hill Nature Park from 9:00 - 11:00 am, retrains the nervous system to signal safety, helps you remember what ease feels like, and gives you a path to reconnect with the steady rhythms of nature.
Research shows that forest bathing:
• Lowers stress hormones, reduces anxiety and depression
• Reduces inflammation and biomarkers linked to cancer
• Improves mental clarity
• Improves blood pressure and healing after surgery
