Join a Ranger as we step back in time to explore a classic warm winter drink: Hot Chocolate. This recipe, dating from the late 1870's, was one very few Williamson County residents would have been able to afford. Chocolate was still fairly rare in middle Tennessee at the time, and the chocolate available was different from what we are used to today.
