Join a Ranger as we step back in time and taste one of the most ubiquitous recipes in all of early America. This traditional porridge is primarily made of either corn meal or flour, which is boiled in milk or water. Various things were often added to give the meal more flavor. Participants will get to experience the whole process from beginning to end, all while learning about the history of this staple meal.
