Mindful Me Spa Studio (K–5) Relax, create, and unwind in our Mindful Me Spa Studio! This hands-on enrichment combines creativity, self-care, and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way. Each student will decorate their own personalized spa box and add a new homemade spa creation to it throughout the session. Projects may include DIY bath bombs, homemade lip gloss, soothing eye masks, sugar scrubs, aromatherapy crafts, and other spa-inspired treats. Every few weeks, students will enjoy a special Spa Day, where they'll use the self-care items they've created while practicing relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and positive self-care habits. This calming class encourages creativity, confidence, and wellness while teaching children the importance of taking time to relax, recharge, and care for themselves—all in a fun, age-appropriate environment.
