In this hands-on enrichment, students will discover how to grow food and care for the environment through sustainable gardening practices. The highlights will include planting a hydroponic garden, growing and tracking root vegetables in a special observation garden where they can measure and record their growth, and creating a colorful pollinator garden to support bees and butterflies. Best of all, participants will get to take home all of the gardens they plant to continue growing and sharing.
