Running from late March through mid-May, this Session features: Classes at Center Campus from March 30th through April 30th & classes at South Campus from May 4-13th. Three events during these periods: · Processing maple syrup from tree to table at Wolcott Farm; · A walking tour of Detroit sites for famed architect Minoru Yamasaki; · A tour of Van Husen Farm historical site. · A wide variety of class offerings across eleven genres – ranging from local history to science and nature to human interest and much more! Notable class offerings include: · Four on Politics and Government featuring local speakers from both sides of the aisle; · Return of the popular class on the psychology of happiness and well-being; · Several different classes on the flora and fauna of Spring; · A long-requested class on computer training focused on the needs of Seniors.
