Our menu for this class: Crispy black peppercorn and cumin infused pastry cups stuffed with a classic blend of chickpeas, peanut, chaat masala, tamarind, mint, and roasted red skin potatoes. Indulge in our popular Paneer malai tikka skewers with crunchy veggies, with sour cream, ginger and garlic cooked to perfection. Finish the meal with a chicken tikka pakora burger served with spicy curry leaf and mustard slaw with tamarind and mint chutney. This class is part hands-on; part demonstration.
