The most popular class ever (having had 350 students for this one class in the past four years). A must for all Indian food lovers, and all beginners. Learn to make the brown onion masala sauce, tikka masala and the coconut curry sauce (the three most popular sauces used in any Indian restaurant kitchen). Use these three sauces to recreate shrimp masala (brown onion sauce), chicken tikka masala (with the makhani sauce) and corn and paneer coconut curry. Dinner is served with cumin rice, naan, pickle and papad. This class is demonstration.Material Fee:
