Learn to make chicken satay with Peanut sauce vada pav (the Indian version of a veggie burger-perfectly seasoned mashed potato patty deep fried in a gram flour batter) and crispy vegetable pakoras with tangy tamarind and fresh mint chutneys. Hands-on, flavorful, and fun, experience the vibrant flavors of Asia’s street food in one class! This class is demonstration.
