The fun-fitness portion promotes the importance of physical health and safety by encouraging confidence, coordination, posture, balance, and self-defense. Learn how to implement fitness, nutrition, and safety into your routine. Enjoy guest instructors from the health and fitness industry. If your child will need to bring medication with them to camp, please fill out the Medication Administration Authorization Form (Camps) attached above for you to download and complete. It requires a doctor's signature, so please allow enough time for it to be finalized before the start of camp.
