Description

This yoga class focuses on the needs of those who need more time and effort to maintain a healthy and flexible body. All levels are welcome.

Instructor: Maiedell Rose. Registration is required.
No class; February 26th

Participants must bring their own yoga equipment (mat, blocks, and straps). Limited yoga equipment may be provided by the instructor on a first come, first-served basis.
*Participants will be unenrolled from the activity after two consecutive absences. Individuals will need to re-register for the activity if they wish to rejoin, provided space is available.
