DescriptionIn this monthly series, we will take some time to stretch and strengthen the body to create balance. We will also rest the body and relax the nervous system through restorative postures which are gentle poses held for a longer period of time. The focus will be on the breath as we move and hold poses. We will end class with a short relaxing, meditation practice. Join us for a quiet and introspective exploration of yoga. *No class 4/20.
