Description

Salsa On 2 (New York Style Mambo) for beginners is an eight-week course designed for students new to Salsa or looking to strengthen foundational skills. Classes introduce basic footwork, timing, partner connection, turns, and body movement coordination in a supportive, progressive format. Each week builds upon the last, guiding students step-by-step toward combining moves into short sequences suitable for social dancing. Prior experience dancing on 1 is recommended but not required. The course emphasizes rhythm, musicality, and proper technique while helping students develop confidence, spatial awareness, and coordination. Classes are suitable for adults seeking a fun, energetic, and accessible introduction to Salsa On 2. Comfortable clothing and dance shoes (or clean, flat-soled shoes) are recommended.
