Do you need a strong foundation for line dancing? This class will teach you all the basic steps used in all line dancing. Start with a strong foundation and you will be able to pick up dances more quickly. Steps taught include grapevine, rolling vine, weave, chasse, v step, k step, pivot turns, heel grind, hitch, flick, dorothy or wizard, rocking chair, coaster step, sailor step, cross shuffle, and lindy. Dances will be taught incorporating these steps so you will learn many beginner dances as well. All teaching is done in a friendly style and having fun while dancing with others is the key goal of the class. Once you feel comfortable and have mastered the basics, join the continuing class to grow your dance list.
