This class will gently challenge the mind and body and is designed to instill respect and character development through the safe astructured discipline of Traditional Karate. Training will include blocks, strikes, kicks, and forms, with an emphasis on self-defense.The class will be safe, engaging, challenging and fun. Classes are taught by Sensei Ty Aponte 6th deg. Black Belt Shotokan karate
