Ninja Acro is a high-energy class that combines Ninja Monkey Gym and Tricking curriculum with acrobatic training to build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. Students learn rolls, vaults, kicks, and dynamic movements through obstacle courses and skill challenges that encourage focus, discipline, and creativity. The class emphasizes proper progressions, safety, and control while helping students develop agility and body awareness.
