Swimming for fitness is good for all. This program is for kids between the ages of 6 and 18, who can swim 25 yards in 2 of the 4 competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). In this program we will be focusing on competitive stroke mechanics and overall swimming endurance. Minimum enrollment-5, Maximum enrollment 25.
