This person must also a CCE member in good standing and able to paddle competently. This is a meet-up paddling group - the leader/coordinator is not an instructor. You are responsible for your own safety on the water. Cultus lake paddles are usually two hours. Other paddles vary in length. . Beginners and new members are required to take a lesson BEFORE attending to ensure you have adequate paddling skills.
