About this event
The Mature H.O.T Women program is designed for women who are Health-conscious, Optimistic, and Triumphant. The program provides technical training to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit through a synergy of modern, ballet, and African dance techniques. This program is designed for dancers ages 25 and older. Fall Session: September 23 2023-November 18, 2024 Winter Session: January 6, 2024-February 24, 2024 Spring Session: March 2, 2024-April 27, 2024 ~NO CLASS: SPRINK BREAK: March 25-29th
