Dance On! is an adult summer intensive retreat experience at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago open to dancers ages 26 and up who want to focus on an intermediate+ level movement practice. For adult dance practitioners, it can be hard to find a rigorous intensive program that matches your availability. And for dance instructors, we know all too well how much energy you give to helping your students achieve a higher level of excellence in their training, often at the expense of your own. Come and give yourself the gift of a long weekend at Hubbard Street to get back into your instrument and reinvigorate your movement regimen! A variety of contemporary dance techniques and body conditioning will be offered, reflective of the Hubbard Street Company Dancers' training and repertoire. Over an intense weekend, students will receive professional level instruction, attention, and feedback and will learn current repertory from Hubbard Street Company Members. The program culminates in an informal sharing.
