This program introduces players to team-oriented concepts as well as more advanced skill mechanics, while also refining fundamentals learned in earlier levels. New players will be able to learn these core concepts as well, and class will be separated to ensure players of varying skill levels progress at appropriate pace. A focus on body movement and control will be prioritizes to enable players to utilize all aspects of the game. For our 300 level programs hoops are set at a height of ten feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion). Size 6 (28.5 inches) basketballs are used for female participants, and size 7 (29.5 inches) basketballs are used by male participants in accordance with USAB guidelines.
