Raise a stein and celebrate the flavors of Bavaria in this festive Oktoberfest cooking class! Embark on a culinary journey to the heart of Germany as you learn to prepare traditional Oktoberfest favorites, including bratwurst, schnitzel, German-style salads, and decadent Black Forest Cake. Along the way, you’ll discover the rich culinary traditions behind the world-famous festival of food while enjoying a fun, hands-on cooking experience. After cooking, sit down and savor the delicious dishes you’ve created together. Please bring an apron and a to-go container. All participants are expected to stay and assist with cleanup at the end of class.
