This is the first part of a three-semester course. This course is a study and analysis of the gas and piping codes that has applications in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and National codes to complete plumbing/gas projects. It is designed to prepare you to take the Gas fitting journeyman test. You will study the codes, regulations and standards that plumbers encounter. This class qualifies as 90 hours toward the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations 240-hour requirement for a journeyman's exam tradesman license.
