Charcuterie is the art of preparing/assembling meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, etc. and also referred to as an assortment of meats paired with different accompaniments. Learn the basics of charcuterie and the different types of ensembles you can make, impressing your guests, or just you, anytime of the year! Custom made boards that double as a cutting boards are yours to take home! Please bring an apron and a to-go container. Everyone must stay to clean up.
