Description
Designed for individuals with an established fitness or yoga background, this class combines dynamic yoga sequences with intentional strength training for a grounded yet energizing experience. Light dumbbells (1–3 lbs) are incorporated into a yoga flow to deepen traditional postures, build functional strength, and cultivate improved balance and flexibility.
