This unique sound healing experience invites you to reconnect with yourself through the magic of sound vibration. You’ll be gently guided into a meditative state through gentle movement and a layered journey of therapeutic sound. A variety of instruments including Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Drums, Rainmakers, Chimes, and Bells will create a rich soundscape that works deeply into the body to restore balance, calm, and inner harmony. Join us for this deeply soothing 90 mins sound bath held on the special evening of the Winter Solstice. Bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, 1-2 pillow and comfortable clothing.
