You’ll be guided into a relaxed space with simple breathwork and a therapeutic sound journey suitable for all ages. Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle chimes will create an immersive soundscape that supports balance, presence, and togetherness. This gathering also welcomes those honoring their mothers from afar, remembering a mother no longer here, or connecting with the nurturing spirit of motherhood in their own way. Join us for this 90-minute Mother’s Day sound bath to experience an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and celebrate the many expressions of love and motherhood. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and comfortable clothing. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
