This unique sound experience, guided by two sound facilitators, invites you to reconnect with yourself through the magic of sound vibration during the February full moon. You’ll be gently guided into a meditative state through breathwork and a layered journey of therapeutic sound. A variety of instruments—including Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, bells, rattles, a rainstick, and a kalimba—will create a rich soundscape that works deeply into the body to restore balance, calm, and inner harmony. Join us for this deeply soothing 90-minute sound bath held on the special evening of the February full moon. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and comfortable clothing.
