This unique Spring Equinox Sound Journey invites you to celebrate the first day of spring and reconnect with yourself through the magic of sound vibration. You’ll be gently guided into a meditative state through breathwork, gentle movement, and a layered journey of therapeutic sound. A variety of instruments—including Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Drums, Rainmakers, Chimes, and Bells—create a rich, renewing soundscape that works deeply into the body to restore balance, awaken fresh energy, and inspire inner harmony.
