Looking for a fun way to try something new, meet new people, share some laughs and keep your brain fit? This is a program for you. You will learn some improv techniques and do fun exercises and play games that will expand your creativity, boost your confidence and increase social interaction. Comfortable clothing, open mind and willingness to participate. Some walking and movement is required.
