Chair (or seated) line dancing allows people with limited mobility to dance. It is done while seated using legs, arms or both legs and arms. The objective of chair line dancing is to provide options for everyone, whatever their physical ability, to move to music in a set pattern, exercising both body and brain while doing a fun activity. (Adapted from choreographer Laura Rittenhouse). Please note that this is a fragrance-free class. The fee for this class is a suggestion really, pay what you can is always an option. We also have some free spaces available for those that would like to attend but just don’t have the financial margins. Just let us know when registering. Wear comfortable footwear, clothing and bring water.
