Description

Adaptive Dance is a recreational dance class created for individuals with varying physical/developmental/cognitive/sensory differences. The class is shaped around the participants’ strengths and abilities. The main goal of this dance class is for participants to experience the joy of dance. Reaping the benefits that dance provides (improved body and spatial awareness, social skills development, increased confidence - the list of examples goes on) is a bonus! Please note: no class October 12.
