The Advantage Hockey Program’s off ice dryland training is designed to build strong, confident, and well rounded young athletes. The program focuses on developing the foundational skills that translate directly to improved on ice performance—including strength, balance, coordination, agility, and endurance. Through drills, structured workouts, and an emphasis on proper technique, athletes learn to move efficiently, train safely, and push their limits in a positive, supportive environment. With Matt’s experience, leadership, and passion for player development, the program helps each athlete grow not only in physical ability but also in confidence, work ethic, and love for the game.
