Description

This program is for individuals with disabilities ages 18 and older. Join our Therapeutic Book Club, a welcoming space where adults come together to read, reflect, and discuss books that inspire personal growth, mindfulness, and emotional wellness. Each session encourages open conversation at your own pace, fostering connection, self-expression, and a sense of community. Participants are invited to share thoughts, feelings, or simply listen - all in a supportive, inclusive environment.
