An amazing trail run steeped with history that follows Wye Valley Trail from Chepstow Castle to Monmouth on the Welsh side and then follows the Offas Dyke path back on the English side through Tiddenham Tunnel back to Chepstow to receive an amazing Medal

Cut off is 6pm Tintern Return to make the tunnel
Cut off for finish is 8pm
