Are you new to the world of strength training or eager to build a strong, toned and resilient body? Our "introduction to strength training" group fitness class is the perfect starting point for individuals of all fitness levels who want to learn the first steps of building a strength training program and implementation of that program. Each class period will include 15 minutes of education on strength training plan creation followed by 45 minutes of small group training class.
