This is a mandatory prerequisite for all other Tai Chi classes.
Tai Chi ("tie-chee") is a martial art and a HEALING system dating over eight centuries old. Historically, it is known to promote overall wellbeing by incorporating balance, breathing, endurance, strength, and coordination components.
In this class individuals will learn the basics of a strong Tai Chi practice over 4 weeks.
No prior Tai Chi knowledge required,
Please wear loose-fitting clothing, bring water and an exercise mat (optional).
Class Location: Studio A
Remember to bring water, a yoga mat, and a small towel (if needed)
Please check in with our front desk 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class! Class starts promptly at 10:30am!
