Discover new ways to practice relaxation and low-impact fitness exercises through participating in our virtual Mind Body Wellness Series. During each unique wellness activity session, participants will follow along with the instructor and perform a variety of excercise and relaxation techniques. This wellness series will focus on the topic of mental health while offering an (optional) open discussion with the group, to allow participants to comment and reflect on their personal well-being and stress levels. With many of us experiencing some type of stress over the past year, Mind Body Wellness Series could be the preferred destination for those seeking a positive virtual wellness experience.
