For teens to adults, 12 and up, with disabilities. This world music infused workout will get you moving, energized and dancing in live and in real time! This program is offered twice a week and is led by a licensed Zumba instructor. Participants will improve their balance, coordination and fitness by participating in this program all while having a great time. Instructor will send registration links for each class via email. A yearly therapeutic recreation assessment is required for registration. If the error "Missing PreRequisite: Customer qualification missing or expired for Skill TIRS Assessment Verified" appears when attempting to register, please contact staff at TIRS at TRinfo@MeckNC.Gov or 980-314-1192 to schedule a therapeutic recreation assessment.
