Their bald heads and special diet are just a couple of the characteristics that make turkey vultures such fascinating birds. Learn more about these scavengers as we walk the prairie with our eyes to the skies. Please dress for the weather. This is an inclusive program, welcoming individuals of all abilities. The hike will be up to 1.5 miles on paved trails.
