This class is designed to strengthen your core, improve your balance, and reduce your muscle stress through both seated and standing exercises and yoga movements. No Floorwork in this class. The class uses a variety of strength and balance moves to give you a full body stretch and tone. All levels of fitness are welcome. Everyone works at their own level of ability.
