Energize your body and improve your flexibility as you shake, lunge and groove to Latin and international dance rhythms. Combining a dance workout with a party-like atmosphere, this class takes the popular Latin dance inspired workout of Zumba® and adapts it for individuals with disabilities, beginners, and others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and water are recommended for this class. This class is for individuals with disabilities.Activity Category
