A gentle and accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga while remaining seated. Enhance flexibility, strength, and balance without the need to get up and down from the floor. Through mindful breathing, gentle stretches, and modified traditional poses, participants will improve their range of motion, reduce stiffness, and boost circulation.NO CLASS 10/9.
